ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Within Lagos Orders are processed within 24–48 hours before dispatch. Each item is carefully inspected to ensure top-quality delivery.
Outside Lagos (Nationwide Delivery) Orders are processed within 24–72 hours before dispatch. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier service.
International Orders Orders are processed within 5–10 working days before dispatch. Delivery time depends on destination and shipping partner.
EXCHANGE POLICY
We take quality seriously, but in the rare case of damage during delivery, exchanges are accepted under the following conditions:
- Clear photo or video evidence must be provided before unboxing
- The damage must be proven to have occurred before delivery
- Requests must be submitted within 6 hours of receiving your order
Exchanges are not accepted for items damaged after use, items mishandled after delivery, or change of mind.
THIRD-PARTY PICKUP & DISPATCH RIDERS
If you arrange a rider or third party to collect your order, the item’s condition will be recorded before release. Once handed over, full responsibility transfers to you. Poshbee Accessories is not liable for any damage, loss, or delivery issues that occur thereafter.
RETURN POLICY
Returns are accepted within 6 hours of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. Returns are not accepted for change of mind, used or worn jewelry, or requests made after the 6-hour window.
